It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking of their shipment, considering the usual delivery times referred to on our website, and to make a claim if there is any issue as soon as possible so that we can address it promptly.

 

Below, we outline our shipping policy:

1. Coverage Areas:

We ship to all of Spain, including the mainland and islands. For international shipping, please contact our customer service for additional information.

2. Order Processing:

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the confirmation of purchase, excluding holidays. All our products are handmade, so the shipping timeframe may be affected on some days and may take up to two weeks at most.

3. Shipping Methods:

We ship via GLS and the rates will be indicated at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over 100 euros (only applicable to addresses within the Spanish Peninsula).

4. Delivery:

Delivery times may vary depending on the location and the selected shipping method. These times can range between 4-6 days for standard shipping. Please note that our products are handmade, so the delivery time may be longer. The Blue Mastiff is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

5. Shipping Address:

The customer must ensure to provide all their information and delivery address correctly at the time of placing the order. If the transportation agency returns the package to us due to the impossibility of delivery (due to the customer’s rejection of the package, incorrect data provided by the customer, or inability to locate the recipient), The Blue Mastiff will not be responsible for the incurred expenses. In such cases, a partial refund will be issued, deducting from the product price the cost of the return.

6. Product Reception:

Upon receiving your order, please ensure to check the integrity of the package. If there are any visible damages to the packaging, please inform the carrier and contact us via info@thebluemastiff.com.

7. Returns and Claims:
